Before starting to follow the instructions from this article, make sure you have prepared some of the necessary things below to avoid registration interruptions.
- Apple ID account in Vietnam region.
- An email not registered to an Apple ID.
- International payment card (1 of 3 cards: Mastercard, Visa) physical or non-physical from any bank in Vietnam (requires having the "international payment" feature enabled for the card).
- Make sure there is enough money in the card to make transactions and pay payment fees to the bank, if any.
- Some phones can receive OTP sent from Apple.

Please read carefully and follow these steps correctly:
Visit the page here on the browser to create a new Apple ID Turkey (in the "Country/Region" section you will have to fill in Turkey), enter the required Apple information, in the "Phone number" section you can use a Vietnamese number to Verify and receive OTP later.
After you have created your Apple ID Turkey, continue accessing the page here to continue filling out the payment profile section. In the "Payment" section, you will now select "None", followed by the Turkish address, go to the page here to randomly fill in the information, then click save information.
To pay for iCloud+ Apple (TR), you need a Turkish Mastercard/Visa card or you can choose to pay with iTunes Gift Card, here I will guide you to buy iTunes Gift Card to pay. In step 3, go to your account balance to pay for iCloud+.
